Years of standing around trailer parks and airfields in all weathers can take its toll on the structural integrity of your glider trailer.

Often the only indication you will get is the rippling or buckling of the aluminium sheet by which time the trailer is unservicable. The only options open then are to buy a new trailer or repair the old one. I have for some years now been successfully removing the old base, fabricating a new one and grafting it back onto the upper structure. 

I offer this service now to all glider pilots in this predicament.
